Vermentino Superiore DOCG.

Obtained from Vermentino grapes produced in the Pirinu vineyards, harvested by hand at night. Obtained only from the first pressing with a pneumatic press. Fermentation at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Aging 6 months in steel.

Of a beautiful bright straw yellow, it offers a buquet of floral, fruity and vegetable aromas and a crisp flavor absorbed by the nearby blue sea of Sardinia.

Cagnulari - Isola dei Nuraghi IGT. 

Obtained from Cagnulari vines produced in Gallura on the Pirinu farm. Manual harvest in small baskets. Squeezing with a pneumatic press. Fermentation at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Aging 6 months in steel.
